Training Philosophy & Approach

  • I don't believe in 'no pain, no gain'. I do believe in, 'No effort, no gain'. I want you to strive and push yourself, but I'm not looking to break you.

  • I believe in realistic programs for achievable goals. Safe but challenging workouts. Full-body exertion and no wasted time.

  • I want you to feel comfortable with the exercises; to learn what you are doing and why you are doing it.

  • I don't use weight machines. I use bodyweight, dumbbells and bands. I won't ask you to starve; I'll ask you to adjust your eating habits.

  • I want your body to get leaner, stronger and be pain free, and I want to help you find a system that allows you to keep it that way.
